London Police Service

The London Police Service (LPS) has opened a Community Engagement Centre within CF Masonville Place as part of a six-month pilot project. This discussion began in July 2023, when our team met with newly appointed Chief Truong and Deputy Chief Bastien to discuss the societal changes. The increase in Police visibility over the last eight months has been encouraging, and we look forward to growing this promising partnership. The six-month pilot project was soft-launched in December 2023 aligning with the force’s mission to improve trust within the community, and CF Purpose of Transforming Communities for a Vibrant tomorrow. The space will allow LPS members to host community-based programming, including recruiting and crime prevention education to engage Londoners.
