Our Guest Services staff are happy to help with any questions you may have and are a great source of knowledge on current store promotions, Centre events, upcoming store openings, and exploring the City of Toronto. Professional, polite, friendly, and courteous, our team strives to elevate your shopping experience to excellent.
We have 7 dynamic dine-in restaurants and a diverse array of restaurants in our food court which offer a wide variety of choices sure to please your palate.
From band aids to ambulances, Guest services works in partnership with our Life and Safety Team to ensure the safety of your visit is a priority. We can provide you with a band aid for scratches or an ambulance for emergencies.

Lost and Found
If at any time during a visit to Toronto Eaton Centre you discover you have lost/misplaced an article, or have been separated from a member of your party, visit the Guest Services Desk on Level 2 immediately. Found items are transferred to security desk where they are kept for 30 days. Unclaimed items are donated wherever possible to a suitable charity.
Need a taxi? Stop by the Guest Services Desk and the staff will be happy to assist you in calling one for you.
In an effort to ensure all our customers have an opportunity to enjoy their shopping experience, free wheelchair loans guarantee hassle-free access to all your favorite stores and services. Toronto Eaton Centre's wheelchair entrances and in-mall ramps offer complete mobility throughout the Centre. In order to loan a wheelchair you will need to provide one of the following pieces of identification: Passport, Driver's License or Permanent Resident card.
*Please note a $40.00 cash deposit is required for wheelchairs. Upon return of equipment borrowed, the full deposit will be returned. Some restrictions do apply on wheelchair loans, visit the Guest Services Desk on Level 2 or contact us at (416) 598-8560 for more information.

Toronto Eaton Centre Policy re: Service Animals
Guests of Toronto Eaton Centre are permitted to be accompanied by their guide dog (as defined in section 1 of the Blind Persons’ Rights Act) or other service animal (as defined in section 4, subsection 9 of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, Accessibility Standards for Customer Service) within all areas of Toronto Eaton Centre (including in areas where food is normally served, sold or offered for sale as per section 60 of Health Protection and Promotion Act, Regulation 562), except where areas are restricted to employees or prohibited by law.
There may be rare circumstances where, for the reasons of health and safety of another person, allowing a person with a disability to enter a premises and be accompanied by their service animal needs to be considered. In the rare situation where another person’s health and safety could be seriously impacted by the presence of a service animal on premises open to the public, Toronto Eaton Centre’s Security Supervisor shall be immediately notified. The Security Supervisor shall fully analyze all options for safely allowing the service animal and must consider all relevant factors and options in trying to find a solution that meets the needs of both individuals.
