It's the most wonderful time of the year and we've made your visit to Santa easier, faster, and more magical than ever before for you and your little one(s). All you have to do is pick the experience you wish and pick a time that works best for your family to pre-book your slot. No long lines, no waiting, and no worrying you’ll forget.

STORYTIME WITH SANTA
Children will gather around for storytime where Santa will read a special holiday book, “A Magical Canadian Christmas”. After storytime, our Elves will invite each child individually for a visit and photo with Santa. Parents/guardians are encouraged to take photos with their own camera/device. Each child will receive a copy of the keepsake Holiday book, “A Magical Canadian Christmas” by Canadian author, Jackie Burns and a surprise email from Santa on Christmas Eve!

As a special gift for parents/guardians, each family will also receive a Leon’s tote bag that includes a voucher for a free pillow redeemable in-store ($29 retail value). While quantities last.

MEET & GREET WITH SANTA
Children will enjoy a visit with Santa. Parents/guardians are encouraged to take photos with their own camera/device. Each child will receive a ME to WE colouring sheet and a surprise email from Santa on Christmas Eve!

SENSITIVE SANTA
The Sensitive Santa program was designed with Autism Speaks Canada and is for individuals with autism and their family members.  Designed with less wait times and lighter crowds, this Santa visit is more enjoyable for families living with ASD.

How is the experience different?

  • The experience with Santa is booked for one child with ASD and their family only (traditional Santa visit is up to 7 families)
  • The Sensitive Santa event timing is on lighter days and lighter times during our activation calendar
  • Our Santa(s) have been trained on how to work with children on the autism spectrum

FAQs

Tickets cost $15.00 plus HST per child (all ages, including infants). Adults may accompany their children at no cost to a maximum of 2 adults per child.  We limit the number of individuals in the cabin for safety reasons in addition to wanting to offer the best experience.

A premium ticket is $15 and includes story time with Santa, where they are read a special CF Children’s Book written by Canadian Author Jackie Burns. They will also be treated with a copy to take home and will have the opportunity to take photos with Santa.   Free sessions only include the opportunity to take photos with Santa.

7 children can visit Santa per 20 minute session.  Space is limited in order to provide the best experience for those attending. A maximum of 6 tickets per transaction is in effect (pending availability).

The Santa Experience is located outside the shopping centre, near Trinity Square  from November 16 – December 24, 2019. Ticket holders must check in with the Elves inside the shopping centre, adjacent to Mercatto.

 

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of the session. Tickets will not be reimbursed if sessions are missed.

 

Tickets remain on sale until we sell out.  The system is refreshed in real time so information is always current.  When we sell out, the site will show “0 tickets available” beneath the session. Once sold out, the website will close.  Book early to avoid disappointment.

In addition to online registrations, we have certain times built in between our Meet and Greet  sessions to allow for walk ins to see Santa. Bes sure to bring your own camera/device to take photos of your little ones, as no professional pictures will be taken. Upon arrival to Santa's Cabin please see Santa's Helpers to see if spots are available.

Yes, children all ages, including infants, need a ticket to participate in the Santa Experience

 

Yes. A portion of proceeds from our program are donated to the charities Eva’s Initiatives  and Autism Speaks Canada

 

Parents must purchase a ticket per each of their children. You can not bring multiple children with one ticket. 

We listened to our guests and understand the lengthy time involved in standing in line. With everyone leading such busy lives, online ticket sales makes the process easier for our guests.

 

There are a couple of things that you can do.  Please check your junk folder - it may end up there. Additionally, check your credit card statement to ensure it has been processed. If you are certain you have not received your confirmation, please email tickets@cadillacfairview.com for assistance.

To reschedule your session(s), you will need to visit the booking page, check availability and book your new session(s) before your previous spots are cancelled.. Once confirmed, revert back to the main booking page and click on the icon titled “Cancel my Ticket.” You will be prompted to enter your order number and email, and will be taken through the refund process. Refunds will be issued promptly and will be received within 3-10 business days, as per standard financial institution practice. For additional ticket inquiries please contact: tickets@cadillacfairview.com. Responses will be provided within 24 hours. Note:  We cannot guarantee a ticket will be available on a new date/time, which  is why it is very important to book a new ticket first before cancelling the old one.

We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express only. 

Refund will take 3-10 business days to show up on credit card, this is the standard refund process.  If this does not occur in that amount of time, please send an email to tickets@cadillacfairview.com

In respecting that others have sensitivities and allergies to food products, we ask that you please refrain from bringing food/drink into the Santa Experience. 

Each session is approximately 20 minutes including photos.

Due to space restrictions, we are unable to accomodate strollers in the cabin. Customers are free to leave their stroller at check-in. Note that CF Toronto Eaton Centre is not responsible for lost or stollen items.
