Your experience will be 15 - 20 minutes. This includes a story with Santa as well as time for your child to interact with Santa. Photos are to be taken by a parent or guardian.
A Visit with Santa is $15 plus HST. A portion of proceeds will be donated to Autism Speaks Canada and Eva's Initiatives. The $15 includes your time with Santa and the opportunity for you to take a photo with your child and Santa on your device.
The program is intended for children ages 3-8, but everyone is welcome.
Yes, Santa can see more than one child from your family during your visit. Reservations are one per child. Up to two parents/guardians per child. If you have multiple children in your family, you will need to purchase multiple tickets.
Santa's Log Cabin is located outside of the mall in Trinity Square Park near Nordstrom at the north end of level three.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your reservation. Lineups will form inside the mall near Nordstrom / Mercatto. Once you're there, show your reservation confirmation to one of Santa's helpers and they'll let you know what to do next.
You can book your visit with Santa by selecting an available date, time, and type of visit from our booking calendar. You'll then be brought to another site to pay and add any additional information. Once you're done, your confirmation and reservation will be emailed to you.
Your confirmation has been sent to the email address you entered when you booked your reservation.
To change your reservation, you must cancel and re-book. Cancellations can be made via the website on the calendar booking page. You will need to book a new timeslot if you'd like to still see Santa. Please note that availability may be limited when rebooking.
Reservations will be available as long as there are spots remaining in the calendar.
Yes, during your visit with Santa there will be time for you to take photos.
Walk ups will be accepted if there are spots remaining in the calendar. Should a spot be available at the time of the walk up, the reservation and payment will need to be completed through our online booking calendar using a personal device before the visit begins. Santa staff will not be able to accept cash or credit payments on the spot.
Yes, all children, even those under the age of 1, require a ticket.
Once submitted, it can take 3-10 business days to have the cancellation request processed and subsequently refunded.
