We are looking for a talented Store Manager to join our team!
Reporting to the District Sales Manager, the Store Managers are customer service experts and leaders! Their key focus is to ensure that customers are served according to the customer experience standards and that sales are achieved.
A typical day will also include the following:
o Planning effectively for staffing needs and actively recruiting
o Making business priorities come to life via superior planning and goal setting;
o Coaching, training and developing the team
o Creating and fostering a positive work environment;
o Managing the set-up of new store plans and promotions.

o You are passionate about the fashion industry and have 3 to 5 years of experience in management;
o You are a strong leader and have an entrepreneurial spirit
o You have strong communication skills and the ability to coach and mentor others
o You thrive working in a fast-paced environment
o You have the ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business.
