As part of its continuing commitment to meeting the accessibility needs of its customers and staff with disabilities, The Cadillac Fairview Corporation Ltd. presents its Multi-Year Accessibility Plan, which addresses compliance requirements from 2012-2017.
The Plan addresses activities and deliverables specified in the Information and Communication, Employment and Design of Public Spaces Accessibility Standards and Regulations and outlines an action plan for meeting these regulations.

Yonge Parkade Vestibule Revitalization
Beginning September 7, 2017, CF Toronto Eaton Centre will revitalize the Yonge parkade elevator vestibules. Phase one of work includes the south side parkade elevators, with a targeted completion of November 2017. During this time, elevators and pay machines are available on the north side of the parkade.
CF Toronto Eaton Centre's parkade operation is a vital component of the centre’s success and ensures that guests and clients travelling to the centre by car have a pleasant experience during their visit. We appreciate your cooperation while we work to serve you better.

Elevator Service Interruption
Please note that south side retail elevator, by Queen Street, is out of service on September 14th. Service technicians are working to ensure the elevator is back in service.
