Using the CF SHOP! card is easy and convenient. The CF SHOP! card is currently redeemable at more than 95% of Cadillac Fairview retailers. As participation is voluntary, and may vary from centre to centre, it is a good idea to check cfshops.com for a complete list of stores.

When you arrive at a retail location, let the sales associate know you will be using the CF SHOP! card to pay for your purchase. 

If your purchase costs more than the CF SHOP! card balance, you will need to pay the remaining cost using another form of payment. Some stores cannot split purchases between the CF SHOP! card and credit or debit cards. In this case, you may be asked to pay the difference in cash.

To check your CF SHOP! card balance at any time, please visit cfregister.ca or call 1-800-755-8608. During regular business hours, you can visit any CF mall Guest Services. The balance is also printed on the bottom of your last receipt.

If, for any reason, you need to return the item you purchased with your CF SHOP! card, you will need to check with the store’s return policy. Their policies may be to credit the funds back to your card, give you in-store credit or give you money back. Funds credited back to the CF SHOP! card may not be immediately available. CF SHOP! card gift cards do not expire.

CF SHOP! card gift cards purchased on and/or after July 6, 2015 are not subject to any Account Maintenance Fee. Cards that were purchased on and/or before July 5, 2015 may be subject to a monthly Account Maintenance Fee.
