Looking to purchase a CF SHOP! card? Call our Guest Services team at (416) 621-1070 during business hours and a Guest Services Representative will be happy to assist you with your upcoming order and arrange an appointment time for pick-up, located at Centre Court. Please note we are accepting only debit and credit card payment - no cash.

Please allow 10 business days to process orders purchased by certified cheque. All certified cheques are to be made payable to Ravel by CF Inc Re: Gift card.

For purchases over $3,000
Due to anti-money laundering policies, Guest Services is required to obtain the customer’s name for personal purchases over $3,000 and the Company name for corporate purchases over $3,000.

PURCHASE FEE

The CF SHOP! card is subject to a one time purchasing fee.

1 to 25 cards - $1.50 per card

26 to 50 cards - $1.00 per card

51 to 99 cards - $0.75 per card

100 cards or more - No charge per card

All up-front purchasing fees are waived for one time orders of $1,000 or more than 100 cards.

How do I use the CF SHOP! card?

Using the CF SHOP! card is easy and convenient. The CF SHOP! card is currently redeemable at thousands of the top shopping, dining, and entertainment destinations in CF shopping centres across Canada. As participation is voluntary, and may vary from centre to centre, it is a good idea to check cfshops.com for a complete list of participating stores.

When you arrive at a retail location, let the sales associate know you will be using the CF SHOP! card to pay for your purchase.

What if I want to spend more than my card limit?

If your purchase costs more than the CF SHOP! card balance, you will need to pay the remaining cost using another form of payment. Some stores cannot split purchases between the CF SHOP! card and credit or debit cards. In this case, you may be asked to pay the difference in cash.

To check your CF SHOP! card balance at any time, please visit cfregister.ca or call 1-800-755-8608. You can also visit any CF shopping centre Guest Services for assistance.

What if I want to return the purchase I made using my CF SHOP! card?

If, for any reason, you need to return the item you purchased with your CF SHOP! card, you will need to check with the store’s return policy. Their policies may be to credit the funds back to your card, give you in-store credit or give you cash back. Funds credited back to the CF SHOP! card may not be immediately available. For more details or assistance please contact customer service at 1-866-229-2224.

Do CF SHOP! cards ever expire?

The balance on CF SHOP! cards do not expire. Each card plastic has a 10 year expiry date and if expired, you can have the remaining balance transferred to a new card at Guest Services at any CF shopping centre at no cost.

Can I use my CF SHOP! card to make online purchases?

No, the CF SHOP! card can only be used to make purchases in-store at a participating Cadillac Fairview retail location.

How do I check the balance of my CF SHOP! card?

With LiVE by CF you can now get real-time access to your CF SHOP! card balances, so you always know how much you have left to spend. Simply download the app, create a My LiVE account and add your CF SHOP! card to get quick access to your card balance. Click here to download.

What if I lose my CF SHOP! card?

You can obtain a replacement card with remaining funds transferred over if your CF SHOP! card is ever lost or stolen. Visit Guest Services at any CF shopping centre and be prepared to show proof of ownership of the card either with an original purchase receipt, a receipt from a purchase made with the CF SHOP! card at a CF retailer, your card registration from CFRegister.ca or by showing your CF SHOP! card linked to your My LiVE account in the LIVE by CF app. The fee for replacing lost, stolen or damaged cards is up to $5 per card.
