Tickets cost $20.00 plus HST per child (all ages, including infants). Adults may accompany their children at no cost to a maximum of 2 adults per child. We limit the number of individuals in Centre Court for safety reasons in addition to wanting to offer the best experience.
Complimentary, professional digital photos will be taken (MAX. 3 PER TICKET). All guests will receive a unique download code to redeem their photos, available for download as early 20 minutes after it is taken.
We listened to our guests and understand the lengthy time involved in standing in line. With everyone leading such busy lives, online ticket sales makes the process easier for our guests and allows us to provide an optimal experience.

Each Session is approximately 30 minutes including photos, a story with Santa and more!
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the session. Tickets will not be reimbursed if sessions are missed.
To capture a moment with Santa, a ticket must be purchased. Our goal is to provide a unique Santa Experience for the children as well as supporting our charitable partners.
In respecting that others have sensitivities and allergies to food products, we ask that you please refrain from bringing food into the Santa Experience.
Reservations remain on sale until we sell out. The system is refreshed in real time so information is always current. When we sell out, the site will show “0 reservations available” beneath the session. Book early to avoid disappointment.
To change your reservation, you must cancel and re-book. Cancellations can be made via the website on the calendar booking page. You will need to book a new timeslot if you'd like to still see Santa. Please note that availability may be limited when rebooking.
Reservations will be available as long as there are spots remaining in the calendar.
Walk ups will be accepted if there are spots remaining in the calendar. Should a spot be available at the time of the walk up, the reservation and payment will need to be completed through our online booking calendar using a personal device before the visit begins. Santa staff will not be able to accept cash or credit payments on the spot.
Yes all children, including infants, will need a ticket to participate in the Santa Experience.
To cancel your ticket, please find the Cancel your reservation button on the Visit with Santa page. Please enter the required information on this page and your cancellation request will be submitted.
You will receive an email within 3-10 business days notifying you of the refund and the ticket cancellation.
