This is a complimentary experience. For everyone's safety, the CF Holiday Drive-Thru can be booked through online reservations only.
All spots for the CF Holiday Drive-Thru experience are currently full. We encourage you to keep checking the ticketing site as spots may become available in the case of cancellations.
After reserving your spot, you will receive a confirmation email with your reservation details and more information to ensure your visit is safe, comfortable and fun! Be sure to check your junk or spam email folders if you don’t see an email from us. Please bring your confirmation email with you as your confirmed ticket to check in for your visit. Kindly arrive at your scheduled reservation time as late arrival accommodations cannot be guaranteed.
We understands plans sometimes change. To allow us to offer your time to another guest, we ask that when possible, you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours before your reservation time. Cancelling your reservation will cancel for all guests within this reserved time.

Each Holiday Drive-Thru reservation is for one (1) vehicle for yourself and up to 7 friends/family of the same household. All attendees must be seated safely with seatbelts inside of the vehicle.
For everyone's safety, the CF Holiday Drive-Thru can be booked through online reservations only. Walk-ups will not be accepted.
The Holiday Drive-Thru is located in the north east parking lot by The Queensway and North Elizabeth Way.

Masks are encouraged when participating in the experience, even though it is outdoors. Our staff members will be wearing masks.
Individual tickets for each person within the vehicle are not required as each reservation/ticket is for 1 vehicle. We ask that each family book only 1 time slot so that we can offer this complimentary holiday experience to as many members of our community as possible. Should your plans change and you need to change your original time slot, please cancel your reservation first and then reserve a new time for the CF Holiday Drive-Thru.
Each session is approximately 40 minutes of immersive, holiday fun!
The CF Holiday Drive-Thru is an immersive and guided experience so at least 1 window of the vehicle will need to be lowered to communicate with the Elf who will be leading you on your journey to the North Pole. Your safety and comfort is our top priority, which is why masks are encouraged when participating in our experience, despite being outside. All of our staff members will be wearing masks as well.
This is a complimentary experience, so tickets are FREE!
Not a problem! As long as the group attending at the time of the reservation has a copy of the confirmation email to show for addmittance to the experience, having incorrect names on the reservation will not be a problem.
