Mandatory Use of Facemasks and Coverings
Ottawa Public Health is mandating the use of masks or face coverings in many indoor public spaces, including shopping malls effective July 7, 2020. This means that, with some exceptions, all customers or visitors entering CF Rideau Centre are required to wear a mask or face covering while inside the shopping centre. Wheelchair Loans
Complimentary wheelchairs and walkers are available for use during regular shopping hours.
Nursing Room
Our nursing room features private nursing stations. Each one is equipped with a rocking chair, counter and soft lighting. The nursing room also includes a microwave, sink and two change tables.
Lost & Found

ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING STATION
Need to power up? Now you can charge your vehicle while you shop. CF Rideau Centre is equipped with eight Tesla superchargers, one level 3 DC Flo fast charger (CHAdeMO & CCS Combo) and two level 2 Flo chargers. Electric vehicle charging stations are located in the Green Garage. Charging rates and parking rates apply.
