No long lines, no waiting for the moment of magic – simply choose a time that suits your family best and enjoy an extra special Santa experience! Once registered, you can connect with Hadley, your digital shopping assistant. Hadley will keep track of your Santa reservation details, send appointment reminders, help you view holiday promotions and more on your mobile device via Facebook Messenger!

Monday - Friday: 11am - 7pm
Saturday: 10am - 8pm
Sunday: 11am - 5pm
All visits with Santa are free of charge. Photo package pricing varies.

Absolutely! Santa’s Elves will be keeping a close eye on walk-in visitors and will sneak you in to visit with Santa when space is available. Note that reservations are strongly recommended to make sure everyone gets to see Santa this year.
Each visit with Santa is a little different. You’re welcome to come and visit, take a photo and chat with Santa. The average visit time is approximately 10 minutes.
Santa Central is located in the Main Galleria behind Guest Services.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your reservation. Once you’re there, show your ticket to the reservation attendant and they’ll let you know what to do next.
You can book your visit with Santa by selecting an available date, time, and type of visit from our booking calendar. You’ll then be brought to another site to pay and add any additional information. Once you’re done, your confirmation and ticket will be emailed to you.
Your confirmation has been sent to the email address you entered when you booked your reservation.
To change your reservation, you must cancel and re-book. Cancellations can be made via the website on the calendar booking page. You will need to book a new timeslot if you'd like to still see Santa. Please note that availability may be limited when rebooking.
Reservations will be available as long as there are spots remaining in the calendar.
Washrooms are located in the Dining Terrace on the upper level, the corridor next to GAP and the south entrance by Buck-or-Two.
