CF Park

CF Park is a service that allows you to reserve your parking spot close to the door. Reserve your premium parking spot to avoid the hassle of looking for a place to park and enjoy more time shopping at your favourite stores.

Give the gift that’s always a perfect fit. The CF SHOP! card is redeemable at thousands of the top shopping, dining, and entertainment destinations in CF malls across Canada and can hold anywhere from $5 to $500 – the amount you want to give is up to you.

Coat and Purchase Check

Please visit our Guest Services Centre where you can check your coat and purchases for $1 per item.

We do not check personal luggage, briefcases or purses. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Electric Scooters 

Two complimentary Electric Scooters are now available at Guest Services. Use is offered on a first come - first served basis. A credit card imprint deposit is required.

Strollers
Single strollers are available through vending dispensers on the main level at the South entrance, and on the upper level near the Bay.

Need to power up? Now you can charge your vehicle while you shop. CF Polo Park is equipped with one level 3 DC Flo fast charger (CHAdeMO & CCS Combo) and two level 2 Flo chargers located outside of Entrance 4 in the South East Lot.

Wi-Fi is available in several locations* in CF Polo Park:
