Our Guest Services Booth is located between Centre Court and the Playground/Monkey Around. For any questions please call 403-288-5466, or visit us and we'll take care of you!
NURSING ROOMS/FAMILY NURSING LOUNGE
A beautiful Mother's Room is available in the women's washroom in the food court, complete with microwave and comfortable seating. A private Nursing Lounge is located in the hallway next to The Disney Store (access code is required, you can obtain it at Guest Services). The private room includes a microwave, sink, baby change area. Baby change tables are located in all mens' and ladies' washrooms.
SHOPMOBILITY
Complimentary strollers, wheelchairs & electric scooters are available at our Guest Services Booth.
SECURITY & LIFE SAFETY
Market Mall's Security & Life Safety Officers will gladly assist you with: escorting to your vehicle, lost & found items, lost children/adults, battery boosts, locating your vehicle, medical concerns/emergencies and reporting criminal activity. You can find bike racks in the Underground Parkade and in front of the Executive Professional Building, as well as in front of the following stores: Toys 'R' Us, Shoppers Drug Mart, Hudson's Bay, Sportchek, and Moxie's.

PLAYGROUND / MONKEY AROUND
Located by Guest Services, the 1,800 square foot supervised playground provides a fun, safe environment for children (max. height restricted to 46""). Bordered by comfortable seating for parents, it is ‘the best time out’ in Calgary.
Kids registration is needed and handled on a first-come first-served basis for a half hour playtime (No two consecutive play times allowed).
Parents must stay with children during their registered playtime. Socks are mandatory for both adults and children (No exceptions). Maximum of 30 children per session.
Playground Hours: Mon.-Fri. 9:30am-8pm Sat. 9:30am-7pm Sun./Holidays 11am-5pm
